The Soul Mate Prep Blog#81: What image comes to mind when you hear the word Mysticism?

In our modern world, mysticism brings us into a dark place. Images like witches, warlocks, sorcery, and vampires come to mind. The deep mystery of our immortal essence is unconscious to most people, therefore what is unconscious is considered dark and evil.

Mysticism is derived from the Greek, meaning what is concealed. Mystical experiences are usually silent and incomprehensible. Mysticism is shutting the eyes, but opening the third eye, and shutting the mouth to experience the spiritual mystery within and without.

Mysticism is a direct contact to an inspiring spiritual mystery.

A direct contact with the mystery of our soul transcends our ordinary mind, and creates a sacred relationship within. However, the ego and soul do not achieve an equal balance on their own. One will take over the other, until we live from the heart and create our whole self.

Are you in touch with the spiritual mystery within and without?

"Mysticism is an authentic spiritual experience. All religions are based upon direct spiritual experiences."-Serena Jade

Religion comes from the Latin - meaning to bring us back to our Divine origin. All religions have a esoteric (hidden) component to them, this is known as the inner spiritual traditions of a particular faith. When someone embarks on the esoteric path, they are mystics. This is not about belief, this is about self-knowledge, which leads them to remember their soul, and the Transcendent Force of the Universe.

To be able to recognize the soul in another, is the path of the mystics.

Soul Mates and the Deepest Most Profound Eternal Love are connections to the direct experience of your soul!

Next time, you hear the word mysticism, will you think of a deep spiritual experience or a dark magical hocus pocus?
