The Soul Mate Prep Blog#96: The writers of the TV show Blue Bloods are delusional...

In every episode of Blue Bloods, the family has a Sunday ritual meal together. I was watching a rerun the other day and one of the characters at the dinner table said, "People have two lives, one they are born into and the one they choose."

What were the writers thinking of when they wrote that line, I wonder?

Here we have a show about a follow along family of policemen. People choose a profession but to choose a life different from what one was born into is another story!

Think about your family's heritage: Do you adhere to your ancestor's place of origin?

Are you following your family's customs and beliefs?

Do you think you can separate from your family, when they put shame and guilt onto you, not to be separate from them?

If you answered "Yes" to the first two and "No" to the last question, you are living one life. Would you like to live two lives?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#95: Is your Heart truly open for Love?

The Heart's Awakening by William Bouguereau

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."-Rumi

FROM THE YEAR 2007-"The tendency to think about the other person’s feelings, more than mine is alive within me. That is the karma between us; I disregard myself but I am dependent on the relationship. He has control and sees me as an extension not as a separate person. He withdraws as the reaction, the more he withdraws I become frustrated and become the victim to my caretaker syndrome. My fear is abandonment but I abandon myself and I feel responsible for the other. The more I feel responsible, the more he withdraws and I feel abandoned even more.

Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning action = reaction. I am mimicking with James, my relationship with my mother.
I have been taught to disregard myself and think about my mother and her needs. But, underneath the façade, I am dependent on the relationship.
I have to become safe and secure and stop my people pleasing, not an easy task.
Once I transform, I will no longer be its victim.

will be responsible to me and to another, not for another.

I will be autonomous and can be caring-detached and then I will move out of the karmic situation and move on to my deepest most-profound eternal love.

When this is going to happen? I do not know.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#94: The Ten Commandments vs.Exodus:Gods and Kings...

First, I have to say Moses is a very important figure in my life. I converted to Judaism because I feel a deep connection with Moses. If you don't know, Moses is a very important and central figure in Judaism. The  Torah aka The Old Testament is the five books of Moses.

For me, The Ten Commandments is a classic. If you are aware, Cecil B. DeMille depicts Moses and his transformation into a leader.

Even though, I loved the special effects in Exodus and how Ridley Scott portrayed the plagues and the Red Sea, Exodus did not inspire me. The film didn't depict Moses's calling and I didn't like the God representation as a boy. In The Ten Commandments, God was a spirit within the hearts and minds of every being.

Moses is a hero figure, he represents someone who heeded the call and followed his destiny.

Do you hear the call to your destiny? If so, are you following the call?

Love Your Body

Your body should be treated like a temple. When your emotions are working on the same team as your mind, you will want to be a good parent for your body.

Working out consistently and eating healthy are paramount to keeping your body in top form. When our emotions of guilt and shame control us, we are not the best advocate for our body. Get in touch with your guilt and shame to create a body that you will love.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#92: Do you feel Significant?

The moment I took my first breath, my mother deemed worthy, I was insignificant. From that moment on, my ego would develop and I would reject my unacceptable trait; I am Significant.

When we reject our unacceptable traits, we project them. We see someone else with the traits we would like to acquire and this usually comes in the form of envy.

However, the only way we can acquire the unacceptable traits is by accepting them and then identify with the trait. This is not easy because our ego wants safety at all costs and to be identified with the trait that was unacceptable is very difficult. However, the task is not impossible but the trick is instead of being envious, be conscious of what we are projecting.

Are you projecting your Significance or owning it?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#91:Are you skeptical about Soul Mates?

Envision the beauty that would come from a true, pure, and authentic spiritual connection with another soul...

Three Soul Mates had a past life love of horses and fox hunting in Yorkshire, England, and Reincarnated in the south shore of Long Island, New York for their love of horses and racing ...

Charismatic Connection is inspired by the amazing true story of a champion jockey and an authentic soul mate - for years, jockey Chris Antley and Serena Jade lock eyes, psychically connect but are kept apart. Years later, their psychic gift predicts Chris Antley's win in the Kentucky Derby.

"I am excited; I have a shot, even if it is a long shot, to win the Kentucky Derby again. I call Ron, and I tell him to speak to Wayne and tell him we are riding Charismatic in the Kentucky Derby. I notice the first six letters of Charismatic rearranged could spell Chris A. I tell Ron a couple of days later I know who is going to win the Derby.

Ron asks, “Who is it?”

Chris Antley in his own words- Chris says, “I had a night vision: we won.”

Ron didn’t appreciate this intuitive wisdom, and says, “You shouldn’t tell anyone—they might think you’re crazy." Charismatic is such a long shot that Ron thinks it would take divine intervention for him to cross the wire first."-Excerpt from Charismatic Connection.

[Serena Jade] has not watched a Derby since 1995, and I don't have a conscious clue why I want to watch the Derby this year. I just feel I should view the race today...

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#90: Will you see a loved one after they die?

Three Soul Mates had a past life love of horses and fox hunting in Yorkshire, England, and Reincarnated in the south shore of Long Island, New York for their love of horses and racing ...

Horse racing arrived in North America from England in the year 1665. The south shore of Long Island, New York is the home of New Market racecourse. Two centuries later Jerome Park comes into being through the efforts of two visionaries, stock market investor Leonard Jerome and August Belmont Sr. Mr. Belmont is a politician, financial wizard, and racehorse owner/breeder.

The Belmont Stakes was named after Mr. Belmont and was inaugurated at Jerome Park in 1867, in which year it was won by Ruthless. In 1889 the race was moved to Morris Park, a racetrack in the Bronx. August Belmont Jr., a Harvard graduate and suave businessman, wants to build the largest racetrack in the United States. Belmont Park in Elmont, just outside of New York City, came into being in 1905 to honor Mr. Belmont’s father, August Belmont Sr.

England started its own acclaimed races in 1809, the 2,000 Guineas Stakes, the Epsom Derby, and the St. Leger Stakes. The American races matched those of England’s. The term “Triple Crown” did not enter people’s minds until the early 1930s.

The Belmont Stakes is the oldest of the Triple Crown races. Called “The Test of Champions.” -Charismatic Connection

We are not going to encounter the same exact person but we will "see" the same essence. This is exactly what I experienced with Chris. The moment Chris and I were in the presence of each other, we were completely put in a trance by one another.

We crossed paths for years and each time we locked eyes, we were under a spell. However, this was a process of awakening, our personalities were very confused about our connection.

It was not until 1999 when unlikely longshot named Charismatic and his jockey Chris Antley (Yes, that Chris) made history winning the Kentucky Derby that my connection with him made sense.

Charismatic Connection is an amazing story, I wish more people understood how extraordinary it really is...

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#89: Do you desire the Ring or the Person?

"On earth, a diamond may be forever but a true Soul Mate/Twin Flame bond is for eternity."-Serena Jade

I don't think there is a woman in the western world, who doesn't want a beautiful diamond engagement ring...

Historically, engagement rings were insurance for the woman, if her lover walked out on her before the big day. She kept the ring and could use the money.

Since the 1940's  and De Beers Jewelers, marketing "A diamond is forever" and the rise in equality; a diamond is considered a symbol of love.

However, I am going to dispute this claim that the Ring is a symbol of eternal love. The ring in our society is still very much a symbol of status and security for the woman. She now has her man to provide the emotion of security for her. Ideally, she should be emotionally secure and the man should be her Timeless-Jewel!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#88: Gut Instinct vs. a Sixth-Sense...

Romeo

Years ago, I was hiking Prospect Mountain in Lake George, NY with my dog Romeo. I was intrigued with Romeo's instincts on that day in August of 1991. My dog was not on a leash and was walking beside me. Periodically, Romeo would stop for a second, assess the path before him and could feel the ground underneath, then would move and step in the solid direction.

Would you say, my dog was intuitive or instinctive?

I am a little biased when it comes to collies however, at that moment Romeo was displaying his instinctual internal mechanism to survive.

When someone says, listen to your gut, it is implying to listen to the third chakra. The third chakra is located in the gut and it is associated with survival.

A Sixth-Sense is the sixth chakra and pertains to information not about survival instinct but of a higher-nature beyond time and space. To be Clairvoyant (able to see the intangible) Clairsentient( Clear-Feeling)  Claircognizance (Clear-Knowing) and Clairaudient (clear-hearing).

I was walking alone in the desert yesterday and my gut was asking me, "Am I safe?" This was not my sixth-sense but my gut instinct.

Next time you say, "Gut feeling," can you step back and determine if the information is about survival or of a higher-nature?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#87: Are you Passive, Aggressive or Assertive?

When we are passive, we allow others to choose for us, we are inhibited and lack self-confidence. As a reaction to our passivity, we whine, withdraw, fear our own anger or fear anger from someone else.

When we are aggressive, we choose for others but by hurting them. We are expressive but at the expense of another. If we don't like others behavior, as a reaction, we punish or hold a grudge. We frustrate others and our self. We use others in a victimizing way to get what we want.

When we are assertive, we feel good about our self, as we express and choose for our self. As a proactive response to our assertiveness, we are interested in the feelings of another and feel good about our own feelings. We take responsibility for our own fears, and how we feel. We feel good that we are uninhibited to express our thoughts and we feel good by asserting our self, regardless of the outcome!

Are you being passive or aggressive, but like to be more assertive?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#85: We say in a domestic violence case the victim is not to blame, but is that the best mindset?

Domestic violence is not just physical abuse. More often than  physical, it is the mental that is most damaging, because it is subtle. Most people don't even consider verbal abuse damaging!

The victim attracts the abuser into his or her life. Most people would say, how can that be? If that is the way they were treated by one or both of their parents, this is what unconsciously feels familiar.

George Clooney has a flair and represents, the all macho-persona. He marries a very bright and beautiful woman. Amal Clooney grew up in a traditional Muslim household: The man holds the power. The rest of the world holds the same imbalance of power on the domestic front.

I am sure Amal holds her power in her profession but, she married into a traditional marriage.  She was asked, "If her new husband would be vocal in the cases she takes on?"

She answered, "I would hope that even at this very early stage in marriage, I am wise enough to know which cause he wants to support."

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#83: Do you know Sex and Soul Mates are intimately linked but worlds apart from an ordinary attraction?

The bond between soul mates/twin flames transcends time and space. However, when they meet or know about one another in this dimension, the natural sexual energy will be stirring. Combine an eternal bond with sexual energy you have a mega-intense connection.

In an ordinary attraction, the pair are attracted to the body and personality. The body and personality are very transitory and can be replaced-until death do us part. The sex is about pleasing and exploiting.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#82: Do You Remember The Witches of East End?

Witches of East End was a television series and took place on the east end of Long Island, but was filmed elsewhere. The east end is supposed to be a portal to the other side. Ironically, my father and my dog are buried on the east end!

The show is centered on a particular family of witches. They talk about their past lives together. Last night, the mother witch tells the daughter, "you have loved the same man in different lifetimes." The mother then says, "you loved his soul in different incarnations as his body and personality were different in each lifetime." The daughter responds, "that's weird."

I am like "Duh!" -That is the true definition of a soul mate.

"Wow" is the word that describes the recognition of a soul one is connected with...

"I enter the Dunkin Donuts shop, and who is sitting at the counter eating a donut: Chris Antley. I walk in, and Chris jumps up and shouts to me, “Wow!” His immortal being is amazed, filled with wonder—the effect our souls have on one other is extraordinary.

Chris and I are discovering the piercing vibration of our eternal existence, and it makes us scream with delight. Recognizing a soul whom I have loved for eons is a spine-tingling, pleasurable experience. The Soul Mate Prep Blog#81: What image comes to mind when you hear the word Mysticism?

In today's world, mysticism often leads us to a place of obscurity. It conjures up images of witches, warlocks, sorcery, and vampires. The profound mystery of our eternal essence remains unconscious to many, and thus, what is not conscious is deemed sinister and malevolent.

Mysticism originates from the Greek word for 'that which is hidden.' Typically, mystical experiences are silent and beyond understanding. It involves closing one's eyes to the physical world while opening the 'third eye,' and remaining silent to immerse oneself in the spiritual enigma both within and around us."

Mysticism represents a direct connection with an inspiring spiritual enigma. Direct contact with the mystery of our soul transcends our ordinary mind and fosters a sacred relationship within. However, the ego and soul do not reach equilibrium on their own. One will dominate the other until we live from the heart and cultivate our entire self.

Are you in touch with the spiritual mystery within and without?

Mysticism represents a genuine spiritual encounter. Every religion is founded on firsthand spiritual experiences."
Serena Jade

Religion originates from the Latin word that means to reconnect us with our Divine source. Every religion encompasses an esoteric (hidden) aspect, which is the inner spiritual tradition of a specific faith. Individuals who pursue the esoteric journey are known as mystics. This journey is not about belief; it is about self-discovery, leading them to an awareness of their soul and the Transcendent Force of the Universe.

'To recognize the soul in another is the mystic's path.'

Soul Mates and Twin Flames are connections to the direct experience of your soul!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#79: Do you speak and act with Integrity?

The color blue is associated with the voice of our true self. When
our mind and emotions are working on the same team, we have the power to make a wise choice! We make the best decision from our place of authenticity.

"To speak with integrity is authenticity."-Serena Jade

Integrity-from Wi " kipedia:

Integrity is a personal choice, an uncompromising and consistent commitment to honor moral, ethical, spiritual, and artistic values and principles.

"I value my conviction about my experience and knowledge about the soul and soul mates."-Serena Jade

I am not going to lie for personal gain knowing what all mystics past and present and I, understand about the soul. And the soul is not the ego! Soul Mates and Twin Flames are mates to one's soul.  Lying for personal gain is what has happened and is happening with soul mates and twin flames. "The Twin Flame Journey People" are not initiated into the mystical, hidden experience, and lie to make a profit or for personal gain as they twist the understanding to make people think they know. And naive people fall for it, because they are hearing what they want to hear as opposed to hearing what they need to hear.

The extraordinary bond-known as soul mates have been corrupted...

Remember, corruption means to speak and act dishonestly in return for money or personal gain.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#78: Does your rational mind blow off a sixth sense?

We live in a Five sensory world! The thought of tapping into another sense does not rule our world.

However, the only way we can recognize our own soul and soul mates is through the sixth sense, because the soul is intangible.

So, both women and men have to be in touch with another sense. It is much easier for a introverted person to understand their intuitive mind. Intuition comes from the Latin, "to see within." It is a lot harder for the extroverted person because their focus is mainly directed outward, but not impossible to achieve.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#77: Is Plato's wisdom about soul mates folklore?

"Each person's shape was complete: they were round, with their backs and sides forming a circle. They had four hands and the same number of legs, and two absolutely identical faces on a cylindrical neck."-Excerpt from Symposium

Article after article, conversation after conversation, I hear the same description of Plato's wisdom. Did anyone read Symposium?

I love this wisdom from Symposium, and I feel it is more important than the above: "As we all know, love and Aphrodite are inseparable. The duality of Aphrodite is undeniable: One Aphrodite, the one we call celestial is older. The other, the younger one is called common."- Plato

In other words, the bond between companion soul mates is an infinite connection, as opposed to the self-interests between personalities.

The one called common has to do with our personality and survival needs. The one called celestial has to do with the deeper part of us. The common relationship will just satisfy our survival needs as Karmic obstacles will infuse chaos and the soul is unconscious to the parties involved.

Ultimately..."If we conduct ourselves with reverence towards the gods, then he will restore us to our original nature, healed and blessed with perfect happiness."-Excerpt from Symposium

The ego finally makes the unity with your soul, and brings together your human nature with your spiritual essence-YOU COMPLETE YOU!

The reunion with our other half [of our Divine nature] will be our mirror and we don't own the mirror, we regard the reflection with great awe and devotion!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#76: Do your self-interests fuel your desires?

The subject of marriage is ingrained in us and as a collective whole, we have been taught to follow our family and friends. I ask you, why do you think your relationship is not going to be like everyone else?

Years ago, Oprah had a psychologist on her show and he said, “When we finish our childhood, we may live happily ever after.” We as a collective whole assume the other person is going to complete us, but that is our job!

The great Joseph Campbell said the Troubadours of the 13th century understood love at the level of the heart. The centuries that followed changed our collective- mind in the WEST, where we can pick our own mate instead of the church and or our family picking for us. Mr. Campbell states, “Love at the heart is NOT primarily of self-interest.” Our collective society is primarily operating on self-interests and still following our family.

All of us unconsciously ask one of two questions, when we seek out a potential partner. We either ask: what can I do for you? This is the co-dependent. Or what can the other person do for me? This is the dependent.

Do you think these questions are healthy?

We unconsciously set up a situation where we are not on the same team. This creates the actor of love.

Do you want to transform your question?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#72: Are we immortal?

When my father died, I could not accept we live and then just die. It did not make sense to me.

Most people accept one of two thought systems, either this unknown thing called the soul goes to heaven or we just die and that is it.

I did not adhere to either of these thoughts when my father died. Not to mention, my father died months after Chris and I stopped crossing paths and we were waking each other up to our spiritual nature. But, that is my book Charismatic Connection, you might want to read it!

In the years after my father's death, I began to consciously wake up to my own soul. My soul which is intangible has been here many times before.

My father always used to say to my mother, "I was here before." He was waking up to his spiritual soul.

I thought the movie, I Origins portrayed the ancient wisdom of reincarnation very well.

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#71: Do you think enmeshment is oneness?

Enmeshment is when personal boundaries are violated because we are influenced by outside authority.

As a society, we assume oneness means enmeshment-we are one with our beloved. Enmeshment creates the common dominate and submissive. This is not an equal relationship!

One person wants control over the other, making the other person subservient. The person with the control eventually takes the other person for granted and has become an extension, thus is not seen as a separate person. Therefore, the one with the control does not think highly of the other. This is not oneness!!!

We live in an outer-directed world, where an inner focus is frowned upon.

What is an inner focus?

An inner focus is reflecting and understanding one's limitations. We can easily blame an outside source but ultimately, we are our own hero.

When we are free of outside influence, we are autonomous. When we have autonomy, we can live from the heart, which connects our personality to our soul and live our purpose.

Do you have peace?

If you are trying to control your environment, your inner life is in disarray!

Are you ready to focus inward?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#69: Are you seeing the truth about marriage?

Recently, I read an article about marriage. As I was reading the comments, most people say a great relationship is based on mutual respect, common goals and love.

I ask you: Do you think we are living these values?

It is easy to say mutual respect but to have mutual respect means both people have to be autonomous-that means free from outside influence.

If most people are following along with their family and friends, they are not autonomous. Most marriages, if not all are based on the common goal of family and children, and not a common goal of the two individuals!

Now, we have love-the grand elusive word. However, connecting with someone at the heart is very profound because we are on bridge that connects our personality with our soul.

When we connect personally with our soul, we will connect with someone at the heart level. Now, we are a real lover as opposed to an actor! But, this takes a tremendous amount of understanding of one's self.

Are you ready to stop the fantasy bond about the traditional marriage?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#68: Are the values of a traditional marriage really what you want?

The traditional marriage was first and foremost about survival. Survival of civilization, families, our species and ourselves.

In the west, we don't think of marriage is for survival, we think we are marrying for love. Today, we associate doing equal chores for an egalitarian relationship!

Friedrich Nietzsche stated: As society changes, we need to change our values. It is simple idiotic to attempt to live by the values of another age.

If you observe, you will notice people are unconsciously marrying for survival needs! We NEED security, we exploit for money and sex. We mindlessly procreate and we demonstrate our power or lack of power with another.

Are you willing to change your old values and live by new ones?

If so, this means you will consciously balance the needs of survival first and then marry. Are you ready to marry for love and not survival?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#67: We are living in the free world but are you taking it for granted?

I was broken into submission by my mother at a very young age. I didn't have the freedom to separate from my mother like most people.

However, living in the free world gave me the freedom to understand the dysfunction I was brought up with. In so doing, I became aware that our society mates for unconscious survival needs. Emotionally, we are still living in the 13th century, when it comes to coupling!

We have so many freedoms in the west, where one can live on their own and understand and transform into a whole human being. When we become whole, we can live happily ever after!

Neo-Platonism that transpired in the early centuries of this Common Era and was revived in the European Renaissance believed human perfection and happiness were attainable in this world, without awaiting an afterlife. They knew self-knowledge was the key to achieve heaven on earth! However, they were not living in a free world, but we are!

Why are you not taking advantage of our freedom?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#66: Are established New Age believers true to their ego or soul?

In his book, Jung and the New Age, Professor David Tacey states: "It is Jung's belief that the human ego (Personality) must voluntarily serve and attend a larger spiritual mystery. This is in contrast to the widespread popular belief that the spiritual mystery must serve and attend the needs of the ego."

In my experience, people who say they are "Spiritual" are just following along and living a conventional life. Their egos have attained a certain amount of stability and now they want to capitalize on the new spiritual mindset that has been developing for some years now!

In this inauthentic age, the soul is just an avenue to meet their own needs; this is narcissistic!

Years ago, I attended a lecture on the Kabbalah and the Rabbi said it all: People think that relaxation is being spiritual. "To live authentically true to one's soul is following unseen passion and wisdom that doesn't adhere to society's rules."-Serena Jade

The purpose of the ego is to express the soul. After many years, the ego has attained authentic stability, has personal power and becomes autonomous! The ego now can serve their spiritual soul as their authentic self is born- the incarnation of the human with the Divine!

Are you true to your ego or soul?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#65: Is your intuitive mind equal with your rational mind?

We live in a world, where our rational ego minds dominate. What if we lived in accordance with our intuitive mind? What would that look like?

Our rational mind says, we need to abide by the extroverted rules of our social order. We are ruled by our five senses. What we see, hear, touch, taste and smell is the law.

Very logical, objective thought is accepted and never questioned. If one deviates from "the law" and lives by an inner knowing, they are thought to be crazy. Fear, sets in for the people around this person  as that person is reflecting fear in the other.

Living in conjunction with our intuitive mind, opens our lives to an infinite number of possibilities. To be intuitive is to have a sense to look within and pay attention to the information, that is not logical!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#64: Do you have the courage to take the step to the other side of life?

I was walking on the boardwalk in Long Beach, New York on a hazy, hot and humid day two years ago. I was listening to a friend's Ipod and the Moody Blues song, The Other Side of Life began to play.

The song was released in 1986 and I am sure, I have listened to it many times before. But, on that July day, absorbed in my favorite east coast weather, weeks before, I would make my move to California and cross the threshold, the words deeply resonated with me!

The risk the lovers and fighters take, are on the other side. For me, that meant separating from my narcissistic mother so , I could be my own person. As the song goes, you know the only way to get there is to take the very difficult first step. I took that step and the arduous journey on the other side was necessary to ready myself for my deepest love!

Are you wiling to take a risk and investigate the other side of life?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#63: Do you understand your past?

Two weeks ago, I was watching the TV show Blackbox. I was appalled at what the writer's put out in the world. Blackbox is about a woman who is bipolar. The woman's psychotherapist tells her to forget the past and focus on the now.

OH MY GOD...I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING.HOWEVER, I DID HAVE A REALIZATION.

"There is a big difference between thinking vs. understanding one's past."-Serena Jade

If I did not understand my past, I know for a fact I would be dead right now!

Most of us think, forget the past, what is the past going to do for me now?

Thinking about the past is not going to do anything. But, understanding will transform your present and future as opposed to recreating the past!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#62: Are you decorating before laying a foundation?

A wedding in our culture is a beautiful event. However, is it celebrating a relationship built on solid ground?

If you were to build a house; you would lay the foundation and then pour the concrete to form a strong structure. Then the walls can go up and a roof is put on. The floors and windows are put in to create the home, where you can now have fun and decorate the sacred space!

So, the decoration is the last fun step. A relationship should be the same; first you lay down a foundation. Two people understand their past and transform their childhood wounds.

They pour the concrete by coming together to create a healthy supportive relationship. Now, they are ready to decorate their bond, by having a ceremony to celebrate their creation of self to the relationship!

"In our society, we put tremendous amount of effort for the wedding as opposed to putting that energy into building a strong and beautiful relationship, first to the self and then to the other."-Serena Jade

Don't you want a solid structure before you start to decorate?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#61: Are you an actor or true lover?

If you are a regular reader of mine, thank you. You know, I discuss one's security, sharing one's body and money as opposed to using another and to own one's power for a functional self.

Functional parents will provide their members with the above in a healthy manner. A dysfunctional family will not, the parents don't have the knowledge to provide in a healthy way.

Functional parents will provide emotional security, will role-model equal sharing of sex and money and will demonstrate equal power. "Equal power means one person doesn't control both people but are two independent humans!"-Serena Jade

When functional parents exude the issues of a healthy survival system, the members are ready for the ultimate jump in our evolution!

The person can relate to dependency and independency thus becomes interdependent. There is sharing of empathy with another and the person can be a true lover as opposed to acting the part.

What does sharing empathy mean?

This means neither are identified with being dependent nor co-dependent. They are interdependent and they take into consideration being in the other person's shoes. They are in tune with the other person's feelings and problems.

The co-dependent is the caretaker and the dependent is dependent on the other person. The dependent doesn't have the insight into the other person's feelings or problems.

An example: What if one person is having financial problems, the dependent person is not in tune with the feelings of what the other person is going through. Now, if both people are interdependent, they will know what the other person is going through.

This is just an example and can be applied to any situation. The couple transforms into true lovers as opposed to acting the part of a lover!

Do you want to be a true lover?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#60: Do you continue with the Religion you were born into just for your kids?

In the west ,we live in a secular society. Joseph Campbell, the world's expert on comparative religion said,"Our culture has gone into an economic and political phase, where the spiritual principles are completely disregarded."

Over the years, I have witnessed our secular social order, just follow along with their inherited family's religion. If parents, do not adhere to the religious system, than why do we continue?

We continue because we don't stand either way. If we have strong convictions, we will stand up to them. Like Joseph Campbell said, our society is purely economical and political.

We lost a sense of mystery to the cosmos. People will say they are more spiritual than religious. But what does this mean and can we bring up our kids to be more spiritual?

I have a profound saying," To be religious is to have an obligation to a particular religion but to be truly spiritual is to have a commitment to your soul."-Serena Jade

Can you let go of the religion you were born into?

If so, can you get in touch with the mystery in relation to yourself and the cosmos?

Can you relate this to your children?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#59: How do you share Sex and Money in a relationship?

All of us ask a question when we form a relationship. The questions are: What can the other person do for me? or What can I do for the other person?  The questions involve sex, money and procreation.

Can we transcend these questions? How do we do it?

Both of these questions create the exploiter and the martyr. One person manipulates and the other feels guilt.

To go beyond this mindset, we honor the other person. "We can say, I would like that mate in exchange for sharing our bodies for sex and to share our money resources for the mundane and for a higher purpose."-Serena Jade

"When we honor one another, we create abundance and fulfillment."-Serena Jade

However, in order to share we need to be able to share without losing our own power (independence).

Are you up for the challenge?
