Long Ago, A Couple Yearned For Children. They Sought The Wisdom of A Psychic Midwife, Who Prophesied, “You Will Bring An Old Soul Into This World, And She Will One Day Reunite With Her Twin Flame…

My debut book, “Charismatic Connection,” intertwines my story with that of Chris Antley, a renowned American jockey. We shared an exalted inner essence, making us true soul mates with a connection so intense it defied time and space. Yet, we faced a dilemma: we felt unworthy of such profound love.

Chris and I were spiritually connected; our extraordinary bond was tied to our immortal essence. I expected us to unite, but our co-dependency was a barrier that needed transformation before we could ascend to a higher union. This journey bestowed upon me the gift of sharing our spiritual connection with the world, along with the insight that soul mates transcend survival needs or emotional security from another.

This profound understanding required alignment between my lower nature and my soul. As I recover from my own issues, I realize I wasn’t ready for a soul-level connection. Accepting that Chris and I would never unite in the third dimension was a trial. I now comprehend that Chris, and I needed to balance our karma to liberate our soul and draw nearer to the Divine. Our bond was so deep, rivaling the connection with our Twin Flame.

Deep within, I felt compelled to chronicle my experiences with Chris. My initial aim wasn’t to author a book but to find a spiritual companion. When life didn’t align with my plans, I knew I had to document our remarkable tale. Having gained this spiritual insight, I once believed that experiencing such an extraordinary bond predestined me to unite with my ultimate soul mate. Yet, I couldn’t be further from the truth.

Long Ago, A Couple Yearned For Children. They Sought The Wisdom of A Psychic Midwife, Who Prophesied, “You Will Bring An Old Soul Into This World, And She Will One Day Reunite With Her Twin Flame…Tomorrow, a flower with a black and white blossom will appear by your window.”

The couple was meant to pick only the white blossom, but they chose both. As time passed, the midwife was summoned for the birth. The first child born was an old soul, perceived merely as a pleasing servant. Unaware of the child’s significant soul, the midwife, with the mother’s half-aware consent, cast her out the window to survive on her own, discarded and forgotten. She grew up hindered emotionally, filled with suffering, and in solitude.

Shortly after, a baby girl is born, healthy and beautiful, yet without a soul. Her mother acknowledges and embraces her, integrating her into the family. As she matures, she becomes perfect, accomplished, and universally adored. Meanwhile, the servant spends her life covertly observing her sister’s life and family, yearning for what she lacks. Unlike her sister, she possesses a soul.

Years on, the midwife’s prophetic vision begins to unfold. The woman is destined to reunite with her eternal love. On the crucial day, as the woman is about to meet her destined twin flame, the servant obstructs her path. Claiming to be the woman’s long-lost sister, the servant demands a mate from the woman, threatening that otherwise, the woman will never encounter her Most-Profound Eternal Love. After many years, the woman succeeds in finding a man for the servant who stays beyond a night. The servant’s boyfriend aids in her transformation, leading to her acceptance of her sister and herself. Only by confronting her shame can she find love and respect.

Years later, the woman and the servant’s qualities merge. The woman attains peace, her calm mind reaching out into the cosmos. She is now prepared to embrace her most cherished gift: her deepest, most profound eternal love. - Excerpt from The Auto-Bond: A Personal Growth Relationship

Did You Meet Your Twin Flame? -Or Is It...

"Did you meet your Twin Flame?-Or is it?

A person whom you call a Twin Flame, based on the bastardized version of what you think is a Twin Flame. (Do not forget, over the last few years, scammers corrupted the true meaning).

Because to cross paths with the Deepest Most Profound Eternal Love, Requires Dedication to understanding Yourself at a Deep Level, Requires Spiritual understanding, Requires Psychological understanding, Requires Transcending Your Karma.-Serena Jade

A few months ago, in my Facebook Jungian group, a woman posted an incident where someone she knew, was in a toxic relationship. Her friend labeled the relationship, as a Twin Flame. But, only the woman labeled the relationship as a twin flame, not the man.

A connection is when two people recognize the soul, within and around the other.

Here are four of the best comments from my Carl Jung group about Twin Flames:

Chontelle Rogers Sewell

The original teachings from / & whom Penned the term Twin Flame - the Great White Brotherhood of the Ascended Masters of the Ancient Wisdom.

The teachings are profound and Nothing like the YouTubers quick $ market fad.

[The Great White Brotherhood, where Elizabeth Clare Prophet descended from- author of Soul Mates and Twin Flames].-Serena Jade

[Where do you think the Great White Brotherhood attained their wisdom? From the esoteric wisdom of religion.]-Serena Jade

Twin Flames, Soul Mates and the Karma that prevents them to be together: A Soul Mate is like the Echo of Oneself in Matter. Twin Flames have the same pattern of spiritual identity and share a unique destiny."-Elizabeth Clare Prophet

The Twin flames have individually reached Samadhi-

Or: Reached a level of attainment and given the dispensation to unite. -[The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad emphasizes that only experiential knowledge of Atman and Brahman, can help to attain the state of Samadhi or Enlightenment].

Then in unity have massive spiritual missions on earth. Not eating Cheerios on the couch watching Netflix together!*

Beate Pausewang

Biggest danger of Twin Flame is that most people confuse it with a karmic relationship.

"[If you read Elizabeth Clare Prophet she says, the karmic relationship is the tightest. Because the Karmic relationship is dealing with unmet needs, that we as an individual need to address.]"-Serena Jade

Maria Koutsouradi

Twin flame relationships happen when our own masculine and feminine energies merge. The relationship with the other, the twin flame will be the reflection of that new product.

"We need to unite within ourselves, the Divine Masculine and Feminine, called Ida and Pingala in Tantra Yoga.

Understand when someone has said they met their twin flame, Most likely they met a karmic relationship.

"To know others is wisdom, to know yourself is enlightenment, to master others requires force; to master yourself requires true strength."- Lao Tzu, author of Taoism's, Tao Te Ching.

"The Deepest Most Profound Eternal Love requires you to detach from society's mindset. The Deepest Most Profound Eternal Love requires you to be alone with yourself. The Deepest Most Profound Eternal Love requires you to Master Yourself."-Serena Jade

I cannot say this enough, a twin flame and soul mates requires work on yourself. A mastery of self is a requirement.

The soul is the hardest thing to deal with, it's not something we experience daily, hell, people live their entire life without coming close to even touching their OWN soul, let alone another's. That's why I said, the phenomenon is hard to happen, but it's still possible of course.

Carl Jung, the Godfather of the Authentic New Age declared in his book, Answer to Job that the initiation of a new age demanded, the “anamnesis” – the “remembering” – of the primordial feminine Sophia.

Sophia is Gnostic in origin and is comparable to the soul and resides in all humans, as the Divine Spark.

"The inner self is what we think of as the mind [Ego]. But the inner self is also our spiritual nature, the part of us that connects to the Divine- in short, our soul.- Swedenborg Foundation.

The soul is the real person because it is the deepest self. It is a near by vessel for God. Therefore, it is a dwelling place for God. -Emanuel Swedenborg."

Did You Know There Is A Force More Powerful Than Free Will?

"I used to believe that people determined their own lives. We were in control, commanding our futures, choosing our spouses, picking professions, responsible for the decisions that shape the course of our lives. Yet there is one force more powerful than free will... our unconscious."- Netflix's Gypsy

The purpose of psychoanalysis is to dive into the unconscious. A good therapist, will help the patient make their unconscious, conscious. However, as a society we are so consumed with taking a drug, rather than uncovering our unconscious.

Just like the line from the Netflix series Gypsy, there is one force more powerful than free will...

It doesn't matter if we take a pill or not, our unconscious is always there directing our lives, whether we like it or not.

"Consequently, the crystal clear message appears to be that fate, destiny, decisions, and human behavior cannot be understood without taking the unconscious psychological process into account."-Rabbi Berg- To The Power of One.

"No individual can ever achieve a completed phase of Tshuvah (A Return), where the individual comes into total control of his fate and destiny, unless he becomes knowledgeable of the unconscious root psychological processes of the soul, along with the knowledge of former lifetimes."-Rabbi Luria-The Gates of Reincarnation.

"Until we make the unconscious, conscious it will direct our lives and we will call it fate."-Carl Jung

Do you have the courage to go down the rabbit hole and into your unconscious?

Do You Believe The Brain Is An Organ And Needs To Be Medically Fixed? Or The Mind Is Complex And Needs To Be Understood?

Do You Believe The Brain Is An Organ And Needs To Be Medically Fixed? Or The Mind Is Complex And Needs To Be Understood?

Some people exercise, while others engage in intense workouts. For the past 38 years, I have been deeply committed to fitness and intensely workout. I owned a personal training business, triumphed in bodybuilding competitions, and teach yoga. I maintain a healthy diet and never take my health for granted. However, my physical well-being did not compensate for my mental and emotional challenges. My robust health could not offset the trauma and turmoil I experienced. Serena Jade On Loving Your Body — With that said —

A few years ago, I watched Andrew Solomon, a writer who focuses on politics, culture, and psychology, deliver a TED talk on depression.

In the comment box, I wrote: “Great talk… Is medication the answer? In my experience, no! My dysfunctional upbringing was the cause, and depression was the effect. I have spent years reversing the impact of my unhealthy childhood.”

I appreciated the part in the speech where Andrew mentions, “you relapse and relapse.”

Depression is an important part of healing, because it is telling you issues that were once repressed are coming to the surface and must be brought into one’s conscious mind. Medication will rob you of this precious gift!

In response to the medication issue I expressed, many become defensive when medication is perceived as a weakness. However, that’s not my point. My argument is that transformation requires us to connect with our pain, to comprehend its message. Medication, on the other hand, deprives us of this pain.

We have a tendency to say everything is okay, when the pain is not there. Medication is a mask covering the pain.

Just Like, if your back hurts, your body is telling you something is wrong and needs attention.

Our mind is the same, the pain is telling us something is wrong and needs your attention. However, the answer is not right in front of us. That is where therapy and doing one’s homework can and will, transform the unhealthy mindset, and after years will bring you a serene mind!

I received another response: The person says, I agree in part, but what if it is a chemical problem?

I answer: I feel if doctors viewed my brain years ago, they would have viewed a very different brain than what my brain looks like today. A different state of mind changes the molecules in your brain.

If one goes into the psychotic phase, one needs medication. However, how many of us are going into the psychotic phase?

I came across an article I saved from 15-years ago it says, “Our society’s medical insurance and how pharmaceutical companies attack Freud and Jung, and say we don’t need therapy anymore, and that therapy doesn’t do any good.

Just take these pills.

The whole advance in psychology, all that is thrown away and you simply give people pills for their depression.”

No one could have told me that taking pills years ago would transform me. The pain and my determination to understand myself bestowed upon me the greatest gift: I sculpted myself into a complete individual with a tranquil mind.

“The inner light, the mind, never conflicts with the brain, and is not the brain. The mind and the brain are to be observed as the inner and outer, the metaphysical and physical aspects of the brain.” -Rabbi Berg

Over the past 150 years, our society has witnessed significant advancements in understanding the mind and brain. Psychiatry and psychoanalysis have both evolved considerably. Yet, there remains a stark dichotomy between them.

Psychiatry And The Brain

While psychiatry is derived from the concept of healing the soul, contemporary perspectives often exclude the soul — and even the ego — from consideration. Today’s focus lies predominantly on neuroscience, psychology, biology, and brain chemistry, rather than on the concept of the mind itself.

Contemporary psychiatry suggests that if the brain’s wiring is flawed, resulting in chemical imbalances, these must be corrected medically. This perspective implies that self-awareness is unattainable, emphasizing the need for medical intervention to ‘fix’ the brain.

Psychoanalysis And The Mind

Psychoanalysis involves conscious thoughts, unconscious thoughts, emotions, defense mechanisms, and the soul. Sigmund Freud, the Austrian neurologist who founded psychoanalysis, aimed to increase self-awareness and reduce societal repression.

Do you stand for the Brain is an organ and needs to be medically fixed? Or the mind is complex and needs to be understood?

It's not me, It's the Alcohol!

How many times have you heard people say, "It's not me, It's the alcohol?"

We hear people blame alcohol, when their dark side of their personality takes over, when they are drinking.

The dark side is the part of our personality we keep hidden from ourselves and others. When some of us drink too much alcohol, our fears dissipate and therefore, we can speak from a place, we normally keep hidden from ourselves and others. Basically, it's how we really feel, but the fear keeps the truth quiet when we are sober.

Are you ready to stop blaming alcohol for the truth you keep hidden?

Do You Know the Ego has no idea what a Soul Mate/Twin Flame is?

Carl Jungian enthusiasts understand about the ego. They also understand the immortal essence within each of us. In my Carl Jung group, one smart guy wrote this about soul mates.

1.) (90%) [Soul Mates. Twin Flames] a handy catch phrase for men with only sex in mind to catch women in a game of cat and mouse with no intention of developing a meaningful relationship; even if that takes months or years.

2.) (10%)
[Soul Mates] A sincere term used by the self aware which describes an individual that has a strong resonating connection that appears to have a metaphysical element to it, perhaps to the degree described in this book: Only Love is Real by Dr. Brian Weiss.

I Respond and say- Very smart!

In an ordinary relationship, we are attracted to someone for two reasons...

We are sexually attracted to their appearance.

The other person has the missing personality traits, we need to be whole.

If you are on a spiritual path or would like to be, and would love to experience a soul mate- it is paramount that you know the difference between your ego and soul.

In a soul mate/Twin Flame relationship the soul is recognized first, and the sexual attraction is secondary, also the missing personality traits need to be identified within our own minds.

I highly recommend another book, Charismatic Connection, a true story!

Soul Mate Prep Blog#117: A line from the film, Passengers: We are all passengers to fate...

"The psychological rule says that when an inner situation is not made conscious, it happens outside, as fate. That is to say, when the individual remains undivided and does not become conscious of his inner opposite, the world must [unavoidably] act out the conflict and be torn into opposing halves. - So, whatever is not conscious will be experienced as fate." - Carl Jung

"The unconscious will control your life as if you are just the passenger to your fate, as opposed to a Conscious Captain steering You to Your Destiny."-Serena Jade

Jim and five-thousand other passengers and crew are traveling to a new planet. Their one hundred and twenty-year journey is spent asleep in a hibernation pod. After thirty years floating in space, a malfunction of the spacecraft opens Jim's pod ninety years early. After one year alone with just an android as his only friend, Jim wakes up Aurora.

Aurora is a writer from New York and wants to tell a unique story of her travels to the new planet and back. When Aurora finds out Jim deliberately woke her up,  she feels betrayed. But in the end, if she did not wake up early, Aurora would not be able to write her story. Then her fellow passengers would not know about her experiences with Jim, while they were sleeping.

I see Passengers as a metaphor for waking up to our immortal nature. It is very difficult to relate to someone at the deepest level, while they're still asleep and you are awake!

Chris woke me up early, but that is my story, Charismatic Connection!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#85: We say in a domestic violence case the victim is not to blame, but is that the best mindset?

Domestic violence is not just physical abuse. More often than  physical, it is the mental that is most damaging, because it is subtle. Most people don't even consider verbal abuse damaging!

The victim attracts the abuser into his or her life. Most people would say, how can that be? If that is the way they were treated by one or both of their parents, this is what unconsciously feels familiar.

"One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."-Carl Jung

So, wouldn't it be better to say to both the predator and prey-you can benefit by understanding and transforming your unhealthy inherited behavior?

Are you ready to take accountability for your unconscious dysfunction?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#40: Are You Letting Fate or Free Will, Control your Destiny?

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."- Carl Jung

I was fated to be the caretaker for my mother. My mother imposed her free will onto me. I was not supposed to be happy or have a life of my own.

However, my free will gave me the wisdom to understand this dysfunctional interplay. My conscious awareness empowered me to make a wise choice and move toward my destiny.

I needed an emotional sense of self before I could take the journey to make a choice. It has been really, really hard to break away from my fate.

"The less self-awareness a person has, the more he is unfree. That is to say, the more he is controlled by inhibitions,  repressions, childhood conditioning which he has consciously "forgotten" but which still drive him unconsciously."-Rollo May

Are you letting fate or free will, control your destiny?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#38: Do you think medication should be the main form of treatment for depression?

Last week, I received a link to watch, Andrew Solomon, a writer on politics, culture and psychology give a TED speech on depression.

In the comment box I write: Great talk...is medication the answer? In my experience, no! My dysfunctional upbringing was the cause and the effect was my depression.I have spent years undoing my unhealthy childhood.

I like the part in the speech Andrew says, "you relapse and relapse."

Depression is an important part of healing, because it is telling you issues that were once repressed are coming to the surface and needs to be brought into one's conscious mind.Medication will rob you of this precious gift!

I received a response about the medication issue and I said: I feel most get defensive when medication is viewed as a weakness. That is not what I am saying, I am saying in order to transform, we need to be in touch with the pain, so we can understand what the pain is saying!

Medication robs us of the pain.

That is where therapy and doing one's homework can and will, transform the unhealthy mindset, and after years will bring you a serene mind!

The whole advance in psychology made through suffering, all that is thrown away and you simply give people pills for their depression."

No one is going to tell me if I took pills years ago, I would be transformed.  The pain and my will to know myself gave me the greatest gift: I created myself into a whole person with a serene mind!

Therapy should be the main form of treatment for depression. Do you agree or disagree?
