The Soul Mate Prep Blog#67: We are living in the free world but are you taking it for granted?

I was broken into submission by my mother at a very young age. I didn't have the freedom to separate from my mother like most people.

However, living in the free world gave me the freedom to understand the dysfunction I was brought up with. In so doing, I became aware that our society mates for unconscious survival needs. Emotionally, we are still living in the 13th century, when it comes to coupling!

We have so many freedoms in the west, where one can live on their own and understand and transform into a whole human being. When we become whole, we can live happily ever after!

Neo-Platonism that transpired in the early centuries of this Common Era and was revived in the European Renaissance believed human perfection and happiness were attainable in this world, without awaiting an afterlife. They knew self-knowledge was the key to achieve heaven on earth! However, they were not living in a free world, but we are! 

Why are you not taking advantage of our freedom?

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#50: Are you personally and spiritually on the path?

The dawning of the New Age in the 1960's saw a burst of being self-aware and eastern spiritual wisdom. If you grew up in the 1960's, you might be a person who witnessed this explosion.

Fast forward forty-eight years and the year is 2014...I am person who doesn't have any doubts of my spiritual existence. But, I have to work very hard to understand me at the personal level due to my family of origin's unhealthy ways.

I am not a person who has followed along with my family or peers. I have awakened to my personal dysfunction and I strive every day towards the union with my soul.

There is a difference between knowing about the path vs. living the path. There are a lot people who know about the path...

It is very hard to live on this road less traveled because your family, friends, neighbors are probably not living the path. For me, it has been a frustrating journey because there are not many people who can live without the influence of society telling them what is important.

However, I know if I am not true to myself, I will just follow the motions of life and never succeed towards my soul's destiny!

The Soul Mate Prep Blog#27: Would you sacrifice your survival, security, personal relationships for an invisible calling?

Joseph Campbell said, "A person who is gripped by a calling, by a dedication, by a belief, by a zeal will sacrifice their security, will sacrifice even their life, will sacrifice personal relationships, they will give themselves entirely to their purpose."

I am such a person who has heeded a call to honor my soul's purpose.I had to break away from my guilt-inducing narcissistic mother and follow my soul's voice. I left New York and came to the desert of California to establish myself as a role-model and as a writer of personal and spiritual wisdom.

I am dedicated to tell my story of my personal journey from understanding my own soul to recognizing a true eternal love. I am here to tell you my personality was not in a position to live a peaceful life with a profound love or with anyone else.

I am here to tell you what I discovered along my arduous journey towards self- realization.It is not easy following an invisible path because you are not following the laws of our society.It takes tremendous faith in yourself that you are following the right path for you.
