All religions were founded in a society, that thought women were second class citizens. Even though in the west, we are living in a secular social order, a male God is at the center of our world.

Joseph Campbell would say, "A society whether ancient or modern, mirrors their religious mindset."

Do you think it is possible to have equality among the sexes in our present society?

Can you let go of a Personal God?

Do you have the courage to usher in a Pantheistic, Androgynous society?

So, why is it that we can't "see" our world as interdependent?

I think people get caught up with what their government is doing without taking a step back and see people on all continents face the same daily struggles.

When are we going to "see" someone in another country as our people?

Do you know about the history of your religion? Do you know about all the world's religions past and present?

Understanding Judaism is a must to understand Christianity and Islam. Zoroastrianism is a must to understand how Judaism incorporated the idea of a Messiah, the Resurrection of the dead, the day of judgement, and heaven and hell into the Jewish belief system, which in turn influenced Christianity and Islam.

Hinduism also is influenced by Zoroastrianism.Zoroaster's wisdom was carried to the Indus Valley from the people of Persia, which in turn influenced Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, Taoism and Confucianism.

Do you see a connection?

All of the religions have a leader who were in touch with the mystery to their own being and the Divine. However, their audience falls short to know their wisdom. 

The word "Religion" comes from the Latin, to bind us back to our Divine origin. This is what all religions on the deepest level is supposed to do, bring us back to ourselves, this in turn will bring us back to humanity!
