Are You On A High Protein Diet?
As a former Personal Trainer, I always encouraged my clients,
that a balance of Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fats are the key to eating healthy. We like to assume that going on a diet is going to jump start our weight goals. However, when you go on a diet, you automatically eat in deprivation. You cannot sustain that for very long, and then that's where people go on a binge.
Our collective mindset is focused on a high protein diet at the moment. I have debated for years, going on a high protein diet can cause you to dehydrate, as you lose muscle mass and bone density. Your body gets it's energy source from carbs, if your body doesn't get its energy, it will take energy from the protein in your muscles. You do not want that scenario because muscles need protein. If you lose muscle mass, you degraded your ability to burn calories at a higher rate. It is defeating the purpose. Carbs get a bad reputation because people eat too much, and there is a difference between Simple vs. Complex Carbs. Here is a list of Complex carbs... https://medlineplus.gov/ency/imagepages/19529.htm
I was watching Down to Earth with Zac Efron on Netflix last night. He was on the Island of Sardinia and it's considered a Blue Zone. A Blue Zone is where a large population live to a hundred and beyond.
Zac Efron sat down with two scientists dedicated to the study of long life. They said, if you want to live a long life, low protein is the way to live. They also said, you are at a higher risk of cancer, when we eat a high protein diet. They recommend, 10 grams of sugar a day is ok, but 100 grams is not, and keep physically and mentally active throughout life.

Did You Read The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown?
If we stop and think about the above, it is saying something very profound, Dan Brown is challenging our belief system. Our bodies have evolved over millions of years, our soul which is the deeper part of our minds is the spark of the divine within.
Physicist Henry Margenau said ‘’the mind is non -material and is completely free and independent from the brain yet fully capable of influencing it without ever having to provide any of the energy required in the interaction between the two."
Are you intrigued by our minds are made in the image of God?
Or are you repulsed by the idea that our minds are made in the image of God?
Is your belief system being challenged?

Let The Essence Of My Story Be A Mirror To Your Story- Charismatic Connection: A Mystical Love Story, Embedded In The Sport of Horse Racing...
The Belmont
Stakes was named after Mr. Belmont and was inaugurated at Jerome Park in 1867, in
which year it was won by Ruthless. In 1889 the race was moved to Morris Park, a
racetrack in the Bronx. August Belmont Jr., a Harvard graduate and suave
businessman, wants to build the largest racetrack in the United States. Belmont
Park in Elmont, just outside of New York City, came into being in 1905 to honor
Mr. Belmont’s father, August Belmont Sr.
England started
its own acclaimed races in 1809, the 2,000 Guineas Stakes, the Epsom Derby, and
the St. Leger Stakes. The American races matched those of England’s. The term
“Triple Crown” did not enter people’s minds until the early 1930s.
Think about this- we are going about our day in our car, but the car next to us, wants to see if they can beat us. I'll race you - is what is being said! It happens everyday on the road.
